March 2009 - For the third straight year, the Wayne County Area has been recognized as Ohio's top micropolitan statistical area based on the number of new projects and expansion plans undertaken by local entities.
The list, published as part of Site Selection magazine's Governor's Cup award, ranked Wooster as the sixth best micropolitan in the country and third best in the Midwest.
