Mission
Leadership Orrville is building a stronger community by strengthening our current and future leaders, creating a foundation upon which individuals, businesses and the community can realize their full potential through responsibility, stewardship and service.

Program Description
Leadership Orrville participants meet the first Wednesday of each month for ten months starting in August. Morning activities focus on Franklin Covey's Four Roles of Leadership. Afternoon field trips take place throughout the community with a focus on Economic Development, Government and City Services, Community Service, Education, Large Enterprise, Small Enterprise, and Health and Wellness.

The sessions are designed to provide participants with tools to become better employees, volunteers, leaders, and citizens. This is an exciting opportunity and we are fortunate to be able to provide this extensive training in Orrville.
