The Orrville Area Chamber of Commerce (OACC) strives to connect communities and expand possibilities for members through meaningful engagement and visibility.
During the second quarter of 2019, the Chamber welcomed 10 new members, 6 of which are not physically located in Orrville. As the Chamber continues to grow outside of the City of Orrville, creating valuable member engagement opportunities becomes an important piece to help connect more than 300 members.
Owners of Sterling Chiropractic, Dr. Paul and Kristen Eash currently reside in the Orrville community and value the support shown to surrounding area businesses through the Chamber.
“I am enjoying the social media and community presence the Chamber has developed,” stated Eash. “They provide many opportunities and different ways for members to connect, participate and learn.”
Sterling Chiropractic took part in the Positioning Your Business for Growth Workshop held at the Chamber in partnership with Akron SCORE this past spring ad found the connection very beneficial. They continue to participate in Chamber events to connect more with fellow members.
“We wanted to let people know we are closer to home with our newer location in Rittman and our Kidron satellite office,” stated Eash. “The Orrville Area Chamber is helping us achieve that goal.”
The Chamber recognized the need for a connection between the local areas and has been working diligently to create member engagement opportunities with the same goal as their members. From the monthly C3 to the signature events, OACC will continue to give members that necessary opportunity to grow their professional network and reach their own business goals.
It is a great time to invest in your business’ goals with a membership in the Chamber. Six-month memberships are now available, valid through December 2019.
