Apostolic Christian Village - Aspen Square Assisted Living Celebrates Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The Apostolic Christian Village is excited to announce the grand opening of its brand-new, assisted-living facility called Aspen Square, located in the serene countryside halfway between Rittman and Orrville. A ribbon cutting ceremony took place on Tuesday April 22, 2025, marking the official opening of the 48,000-square-foot residence which redefines comfort, care, and community for seniors.
With 48 thoughtfully designed rooms, Aspen Square offers residents a variety of living options including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites—each tailored to promote independence, privacy, and comfort. The new facility also features a modern, fully equipped kitchen designed to provide fresh and nutritious meals daily, and a beautifully landscaped central courtyard complete with a pickleball court for active living and social engagement.
“We are thrilled to open the doors to Aspen Square and welcome residents to a vibrant and compassionate community,” said Evan Beery, Administrator for the Village. “This facility represents more than just bricks and mortar—it continues a legacy of caring and commitment which has been the longstanding reputation of the Apostolic Christian Village”. Brent Steiner, Board Chair noted that the $10.8M project, built by Grose & Manz Builders, was completed on time and under budget and is the culmination of several years and countless hours of time from dedicated staff, board members, vendors and volunteers who all came together to make the project a reality.
Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Wadsworth and Wooster, Aspen Square provides a peaceful, country setting with easy access to nearby towns and services.
