  • Issues Logging In?
    1. Having multiple emails or using your personal email and work email for the same member name can cause duplicate accounts. 
    2. Try logging in under another email. Contact Chamber office to merge your two accounts
  • Forgotten Password?

    Go to orrvillechamber.com., Member Login, Use Reset Password option.  

  • Duplicate Accounts?
    1. Using variations of your Company/Organization name when registering for events can cause duplicate accounts.
    2. Ex: Using Orrville Area Chamber of Commerce one time and Orrville Chamber Office another time, will set up TWO memberships. Contact Chamber office to merge the duplicate membership. 
    3. If you login to your account and then register for an event, your information populates for you.  Quick and Easy
