Ohio's Hospice LifeCare will receive the WorthyWorks Award at the Orrville Area Chamber of Commerce on March 26th.

The WorthyWorks Award, honoring a local non-profit organization, is made on the basis of an organization's commitment to the quality of life, social conscience and betterment of the community, and it includes a $1,000 contribution from the Wayne County Community Foundation to support the continuing efforts of the organization.

Ohio's Hospice LifeCare is a not-for-profit organization that provides end of the life care for chronically ill patients across Wayne, Holmes, Ashland, and Medina counties, including many in the Orrville area.

In 2019, LifeCare was able to begin providing transportation services with their mobile care unit. Adding this service allows LifeCare to provide quick reliable ambulance service for their patients, and includes space for a family member to ride by their side.

The mobile care unity is just one of the many ways Ohio's Hospice LifeCare goes above and beyond to provide the highest quality hospice service to the residents of Orrville, Wayne County and beyond.

Come celebrate Ohio's Hospice LifeCare with the Orrville Area Chamber of Commerce on March 26th at The University of Akron, registration information below.
