Established in 2000, JAE Tech Inc. is a mid-sized production CNC machining and induction operation specializing in stub shafts made from forgings and or bar stock. Their capabilities include state of the art automation, turning, grinding, broaching, straightening, induction heat treat, and tempering. They have experience with high volume machining of forgings, castings, and bar stock.


Located in Apple Creek, their 37,500 square foot manufacturing space sits on 5.5 acres.

JAE Tech’s primary focus is on drive train components such as axle shafts and stub shafts for transmissions and transfer cases. They specialize in CNC turning, OD grinding, spline rolling, and induction hardening applications for driveline shafts. They pride themselves in their success of robotic integration with their CNC equipment creating automated cells.


Jack Rose, plant manager states, “What sets us apart from others is that we are highly automated utilizing our own internal integration team. We can, face and center, machine, spline roll, grind, heat treat and straighten all in house. We are small enough in size to be efficient, yet large enough to handle any size project.”


JAE Tech has a team of 30 employees that includes production, management, and support staff. They are a non-union, three shift operation.
