Leadership Orrville Now Accepting Applications

The mission of Leadership Orrville is to enrich the community through a one-of-a-kind, values-based leadership development program.

Participants will come away with the self-awareness and tools necessary to lead as an extension of their character rather than from their position of authority. In addition to exploring contemporary and relevant leadership content, classes will emphasize building a professional life of purpose, meaning, and connection.

Each cohort is limited to 16 committed people to foster an environment of engagement and personal exploration. Each meeting is a daylong retreat held monthly from September to May. Participants will have the opportunity to turn intention into action by developing a project to serve the community.

Leadership Orrville seeks to enrich our area by equipping and challenging participants to be servant leaders who impact others in meaningful ways.

As an initiative of the Orrville Area Chamber of Commerce (OACC), this program furthers OACC’s mission to connect people with resources to support business growth and the broader community.
