Spherion Staffing Orrville Awards Bronze Prize to Local Employee

ORRVILLE, Ohio – Brant Moore, an employee at Spherion Staffing in Orrville, was recently awarded a $100 cash prize as part of the office’s innovative hiring and retention campaign, Spherion Winter Games.
 
The Spherion Winter Games, a six-week campaign which launched on January 31, aims to address pandemic-related workforce challenges and inspire Orrville’s workforce to seek — and stay — at new career opportunities.
 
Each week of the campaign, Spherion offices nationwide are awarding employees gold ($500), silver ($250) and bronze ($100) cash prizes for a total of 54 winners throughout the six-week period. Moore was one of this week’s Bronze-level prize winners. The campaign will wrap-up on March 11 with the announcement of nine grand prize winners, who will be awarded gold ($5,000), silver ($2,500) and bronze ($1,000) cash prizes.

All Spherion Orrville employees active on assignment and in good standing earn one entry for each week they work during the campaign. At the end of each week, nine prize winners across Spherion’s nationwide network of local offices are selected to receive cash prizes totaling $15,300. At the close of the campaign, nine grand prize winners will be selected to win a bronze, silver, or gold-level amount, bringing the campaign’s total cash prize awards to more than $40,000.
