Melissa Siburt, Branch Manager and AVP, Farmers National Bank in Orrville, feels strongly that the company’s core values align with her personal values and practices to best serve the community: integrity, respect, diligence, stewardship, commitment, relationships, and performance.

Helping people achieve their dreams and showing them that being a part of a banking family matters is part of what Siburt enjoys most about her job.

“Meeting new people, building relationships with customers is so important to the overall banking experience.” Siburt goes on to say, “I love that I grow with the families over the years. Helping families with their banking needs at all stages of life is something that I love doing.”

Siburt has been in banking for 30 years and with Farmers National Bank for 11 years. “Orrville is the best community I’ve ever lived in,” Siburt said “It’s full of giving, heartfelt people. I’m thankful for the opportunity to serve this community.”

Being involved in the community, particularly working with the youth, is important to Siburt. She said “It’s important to educate our youth on the importance of finance. Teaching them how to balance a checkbook and use a credit card responsibly are important life skills they don’t teach in school.”
